by commissioning me, you agree to comply with the tos.

i will cancel and refund any commission if any misbehavior is conducted on either side. amount depends on how much i completed. if i have not done it at all, i will pay in full.

methods accepted: kofi, paypal, vgen

payment plans are available for orders €100 and above.

otherwise, pay 50% upfront upon approval of sketch. after 48 hours of not receiving upfront payment, I will cancel the commission and blacklist you.

refunds are not available once commission has been started. i will only refund a certain amount (depending on how much of the commission is done) if i cannot make the deadline.

Do not pay me up front unless you are 100% sure you'd like to commission me. If I notice any messages that ask for a refund regardless of reason, I will blacklist you.

If I cancel the commission MYSELF, you will receive a full refund.

revisions are limited and must be requested during the sketch phase.

Small fixes (color correction, minor details) are allowed during the finalization phase.

Large revisions or redesigns after the sketch is approved may require an additional fee or be denied based on time constraints.

Typical turnaround: 8–19 days, up to 1–3 months depending on project complexity and queue.

Deadlines must be discussed in advance if you have a specific date in mind.

I do not accept tight deadlines unless a rush fee is added (based on availability).

Files will be delivered in the format stated in your commission type (e.g. PSD, PNG, JPG).
